Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 100 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without any undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will proceed to make such a refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or deliver the goods to us or to us.

Without any undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The time limit will be deemed to have expired if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

We will take care of the costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for the diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Delivery

Products offered through the website are available for shipment throughout Europe.

Unless otherwise agreed, the products will be delivered within 24 hours in mainland Spain and 5 days in the rest of Europe from the day following the effective receipt of the order.

When there are several products in the order, the shipment of the same may be made in several deliveries, unless a single delivery has been specifically requested by the customer and accepted by 369 Boards.

Deliveries will be made within the established deadline. However, if this is not possible, the customer will be offered a new delivery time. In the event that the customer does not accept the new term, the amount paid will be refunded.

Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place when the customer or another person designated by him acquires possession of the goods shipped.

It is the customer’s obligation to check and verify the condition of the delivered products at the same time they are received and to display, at that time, in the carrier’s delivery acknowledgment document or to immediately notify 369 Boards of the lack of any of the ordered products, possible breakages, unstitching, stains or other obvious damage to the delivered products or their packaging.
